Consignor Information
Second Blessings Consignment Sale February 26 & 27
- Anyone may consign with Second Blessings.
- Consignors must register online. Consignors must complete online registration prior to EACH Second Blessings sale in which they plan to participate. Please make sure you provide your email address where prompted. An email with your consignor number will be sent to you after your registration is complete.
- During ‘Receiving Hours’, you will bring your items to Greenwood Forest Baptist Church’s fellowship hall. Look for the signs to guide you to the right location. Sellers are responsible for putting their own items in their designated places.
- Pick up for unsold items: Saturday, February 27 from 5pm to 7pm. Items not picked up during those times will be donated to local charities. No other arrangements will be made for pick up. If you cannot make it, please send a friend or relative.
- Consignors keep 60% of the selling price of each item.
- Consignors who bring a minimum of 10 items (or fewer "high dollar" items totaling at least $30) shop before the public. The consignor preview sale starts February 26th at 9:30.
- There is no consignor fee.
- Consignor’s check will be mailed by March 31, 2009.
- Consignors must read and accept conditions of the "Consignor Agreement" upon registration. A signed copy of the "Consignor Agreement" form must be turned in during item drop-off. Please bring a completed copy with you to drop-off. This will reduce your check-in time.
- Pay close attention to "Items Accepted". Items which do not meet Second Blessings standards will be removed from racks and left unsorted at sale's end. Please be considerate and look at each item as though you were buying it.

- Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items lost or stolen. Items that lose their tags will not be sold, instead they will be placed in a lost and found box held until pick up.
- Items Accepted
- Clothing up to size 14 for spring and summer seasons and shoes (in good condition)
- Cribs (consignor must assemble for sale)
- Baby/child equipment (i.e., feeding chairs, bathtubs, potty seats, etc.)
- Nursery décor
- Books, videos, toys, sports equipment
- Maternity clothing
- Items NOT Accepted
- Items that are stained, torn, or in poor condition
- Underpants
- Car seats
- Stuffed animals (unless they use batteries)

- Wednesday February 24: 7pm - 9pm
- Thursday February 25: 9:30am - 11:30am and 5:00pm - 8:00pm
Donate Your Items
If you would like to donate rather than consign, we gladly provide you a tax receipt as well as tag and hang your items. If you would like to donate, please email consignment@gfbccary.org, and someone will contact you to arrange for a drop-off of your items. We will assign a designated consignor number specifically for donated items, so that all proceeds made from the sale of those items goes directly to the children’s special projects that Second Blessings funds.
