Parent
Involvement

How can You get involved as a parent?

• Provide and help serve Snack Supper (see below for more details).  This is an important part of our program and it will only work if everyone pitches in to help.

• Chaperone a retreat, mission trip, camp, or outing!  Spend time bonding with your youth and their friends.  These events are tons of fun (even for the adults).

• Pray.  Pray for your youth and the others in the youth group.  Pray that they will have meaningful experiences and that they will grow in their relationship with our Lord.  Pray for the leaders who spend time with your youth.

Youth Snack Supper Calendar

It’s time to dust off those pizza pans and crock pots.  Please sign up twice on our Youth Snack Supper Calendar – once as a PROVIDER and once as HELPER.  The PROVIDER will be responsible for organizing and purchasing the food.  The HELPER helps prepare, serves and cleans up after the meal.  You may want to pick a partner where you are the Provider and your partner is the Helper on one date and for the next date, you and your partner would switch roles.  If you have a conflict with your particular dates, please call others on the list to swap times.  Please notify Tricia Jones or Susan Yeargan if you switch dates.  Listed below are things you need to know or may have been wondering about regarding our Youth Snack Suppers.

Thank you for choosing a date and participating in our Youth Snack Supper Program.  Our youth really appreciate this special treat each Sunday night.  Please call Tricia Jones or Susan Yeargan with questions.
